Welcome to 01K Exchange, a secure and reliable platform for exchanging cryptocurrency for cash. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transactions.
This agreement is between:
The Service Provider (Contractor): 01K Exchange, an online platform facilitating the exchange of cryptocurrencies for cash.
The Customer: Any individual or entity who submits an exchange request via our website or contacts us through official channels.
By creating an exchange request, the Customer agrees to these terms.
Cryptocurrency Exchange: The automated or manual service provided by the Contractor to convert cryptocurrency into cash.
Customer: The individual or entity initiating the exchange.
Exchange Request (Order): A formal submission by the Customer to exchange cryptocurrency for cash under specified terms.
Title Units: Digital assets (cryptocurrencies) being exchanged.
The agreement becomes effective when the Customer submits an exchange request.
The exchange rate is fixed at the time of order creation and remains valid for 3 hours.
The transaction is completed only after the full amount of cryptocurrency is received in the Contractor’s wallet.
The agreement remains valid until the transaction is completed or terminated by either party.
The Customer submits an exchange request with the desired cryptocurrency and cash amount.
The Contractor processes the request upon receiving the cryptocurrency in the designated wallet.
Funds are transferred to the Customer’s provided bank details after verification.
Any profit from exchange rate fluctuations remains with the Contractor as a service fee.
If the received cryptocurrency amount differs by more than 10% from the order, the Contractor may cancel the transaction and refund the amount (minus transfer fees).
If cash is not sent within 24 hours, the Customer may request a refund of the cryptocurrency.
Delays caused by payment systems or banks are not the Contractor’s responsibility.
If cryptocurrency is not received within the specified time, the order is canceled automatically.
The Contractor reserves the right to block suspicious transactions and request KYC/AML verification.
Using the service for illegal activities (fraud, money laundering, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
Refunds are processed within 24 hours if the exchange is not completed.
A 5% fee may apply for refunds due to processing costs.
Customers must provide accurate wallet and bank details.
The Contractor is not liable for errors in transaction details provided by the Customer.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, we may require:
Identity Verification (Passport, ID, Proof of Address).
Source of Funds documentation.
Transaction Screening via AML services.
If a transaction is flagged as high-risk (e.g., stolen funds, sanctions), we may:
Freeze funds for 14 days for investigation.
Request additional verification.
Refuse service without explanation.

The Contractor is not liable for delays caused by:
Natural disasters, wars, government actions.
Payment system failures.
Cyberattacks or technical disruptions.
Claims must be submitted via email to support@01kexchange.com.
Law enforcement and payment systems may be involved in fraud investigations.
We do not serve customers from:
Sanctioned regions (Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, etc.).
High-risk jurisdictions (as per AML regulations).
Personal data is used only for transaction processing.
We implement security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
The Contractor may update these terms without prior notice.
Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the revised terms.
